Wondering where your bag is? Here's how to follow your order.
1. Check your email
As soon as your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
Can't find it? Check your spam or promotions folder.
2. View your order status
You can see the status of your order at any time from your account, using the same email address you used at checkout.
Every order confirmation email also contains a “View your order” link that opens your order status page directly.
Delivery times
Orders are processed and shipped worldwide. Delivery times depend on your destination and are listed in our Shipping Policy. Tracking can take a few days to show the first update after your order leaves us.
